Eyes of the Mothman is a critically acclaimed documentary feature film produced by Red Line Studios and directed by Matthew J. Pellowski.  It is known for being one of the most thorough, expansive, and exhaustively journalistic approaches to the subject matter known as the "Mothman sightings" that took place in Point Pleasant, West Virginia during the late 1960s.

In the years following the production of this film, many new Mothman documentaries have been created, but few hold up to the integrity and accuracy found within Eyes of the Mothman.  In making this picture, the filmmakers not only were privileged to tell the story of many real eye-witnesses and those who were affected by the events surrounding Mothman and the Silver Bridge, but also build long lasting friendships with many Point Pleasant residents.  The film has garnered a cult following and become a historical record for one of the most unusual events to have transpired in history of the United States.

We are proud that our film has stood the test of time and remained the authority on the subject within the medium of film and television, just as John Keel’s landmark book “The Mothman Prophecies” has done so in publishing.  In the years following the making of this film, we have seen many crew members, interview subjects, and individuals who helped make this project a success, pass away.  We hope their spirit lives on through our film and that their stories and contributions to the story of Mothman remain immortal and indefinite via this production.  We thank all of the fans both old and new who have discovered this film, enjoyed it, and shared our mutual love and fascination for the undeniably enigmatic story of The Mothman.
